Júlio José de Oliveira Carranca Vilela
Portuguese diplomat and Ambassador of Portugal to Switzerland
Júlio Vilela was born in Lobito, Angola in 1962 and holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon. He has held various diplomatic positions, including Director General of Consular Affairs and Portuguese Communities in Lisbon. He has also served as Portugal's Ambassador to Croatia and has held diplomatic positions in Caracas, Barcelona, Geneva and Toronto.
